Phillip Standifer is the Founder and Owner of Central Control Irrigation Management. His career is defined by a singular focus: solving complex operational challenges through technical precision and disciplined execution. Phillip began his professional journey with five years of distinguished service in the United States Marine Corps, where he established a foundational commitment to leadership, accountability, and operational excellence.
Following his military service, Phillip transitioned his analytical expertise into the technology sector, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming and spending five years working directly in software development. For the past decade, he has focused his specialized skill set on water management within Southern California, navigating the region's complex compliance landscapes, conservation mandates, and rising utility costs.
